We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return or refund for opened or used products once sold or delivered.
If you want to return the product because you don't see results, then we highly recommend waiting for 12 weeks to start seeing visible changes in the health and appearance of your skin. We promise it's worth the wait for skincare is a journey and not a quick fix!
In case you receive a Tampered or Damaged product or Wrong product, please inform our Customer Care (details given at point number 10 below) within the 24 hours of receipt of shipment, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest. Also keep your order number and invoice number handy. Exchange of products will be subject to checking and vetting of items by SKIN DELI. We may request additional photos of the damaged items so please do not throw them away until you have connected with our team or we will not be able to further assist. Once approved, we will process the Exchange request.
SKIN DELI is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns / Refund Policy.
We have taken enormous efforts and precautions to render the products absolutely safe. It is still possible that certain ingredients may cause allergic reactions to certain individuals at the time of patch test or during the regular use of the product. In this case if you request for return / refund / exchange, unfortunately, considering that the opened products cannot be reused, we cannot accept return / refund / exchange. Nonetheless, please get in touch with us (Customer care details given at point number 10 below), we would like to take a note of which product that did not suit you to endeavour to improvise it for you in future.
